Terms of Use

1. Operator and eligibility

Brique is operated by Wolff Solutions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering these Terms, or use the service through a legally authorized representative. Questions may be sent to support@brique.club.

2. Brique is a classified-listing service

Brique provides tools for users to publish and discover seller-declared listings, ask questions privately to a seller, and publish identity-redacted question-and-answer pairs when the seller chooses a public answer. Public answer is selected by default; a seller may instead keep the exchange visible only to the original buyer and seller. Brique is not the buyer, seller, owner, broker, auctioneer, payment provider, carrier, inspector, insurer, lender, landlord, tenant, or agent in a user transaction. Brique does not possess the listed item and does not guarantee that a user, listing, price, description, ownership claim, condition, legality, availability, payment, delivery, or transaction is genuine or successful.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep access to your email and session secure; do not share, sell, or transfer an account.
• Do not impersonate another person or evade a suspension, quota, or safety control.
• Notify us promptly if you reasonably suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your listings and declarations

You are solely responsible for content you submit and for having the legal right and any required authorization to advertise and transact. Information must be accurate, current, not misleading, and sufficient to disclose material defects, restrictions, costs, liens, financing or leasing limits, accident history, legal blocks, ownership limitations, debts, transfer issues, and other facts a reasonable buyer or renter would consider important.

Every publication or update confirms that the listing complies with these Terms and the Prohibited Items and Conduct Policy. Brique may label information as seller-declared and does not thereby verify it.

5. User content license

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Wolff Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use submitted content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve Brique and its listings. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for cached copies, backups, legal retention, and prior authorized uses.

6. Transactions and user safety

Users decide whether and how to transact and must perform their own identity, ownership, condition, legality, price, payment, and delivery checks. Do not send money or disclose sensitive information until satisfied with the other party and transaction. Meet safely where appropriate and use qualified professional advice for vehicles, property, regulated goods, and high-value transactions.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated systems to screen listing photos and text before publication. A listing may publish, be held for human review, or be refused under marketplace policy; automated screening is not a guarantee that content is lawful, accurate, safe, or approved by Brique. We may also investigate, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content; limit features; or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users or the service, comply with law, or prevent harm. Failure to remove content immediately is not approval or endorsement.

A user report is an untrusted review signal and does not by itself penalize a seller or remove a published listing. When a moderator confirms a reported violation and removes the listing, the account ordinarily receives one strike. Three strikes block the account and remove all of its listings. A moderator-confirmed critical safety violation involving child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or a credible threat of violence may block the account immediately. Moderators may also impose an immediate block for another confirmed severe violation where reasonably necessary for safety or law enforcement. Mistaken decisions may be challenged through the contact address in these Terms.

8. Service availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. V1 listings are free. If paid services are introduced, their price, duration, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase and may be governed by additional terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolff Solutions does not make warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded and is not liable for user content, user conduct, off-platform dealings, indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

10. Responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your content, transaction, unlawful conduct, infringement of rights, or material breach of these Terms, including reasonable costs of responding to such claims. This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Wolff Solutions.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Before filing a dispute, contact support@brique.club so we can attempt to resolve it. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer right or access to a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable prominence. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions continue to apply. Continued use of account features after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
