  • Illegal, stolen, fraudulently obtained, recalled, or unlawfully imported goods.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, destructive devices, or instructions primarily intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing.
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medicines, drug paraphernalia, or products making unlawful medical claims.
  • Counterfeit goods, pirated media or software, unauthorized replicas, or anything that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, image, publicity, or other rights.
  • Forged or official documents, credentials, government identifiers, financial accounts, login credentials, personal data, or identity-verification services.
  • Human beings, body parts, sexual services, exploitation, trafficking, or content involving sexual abuse or minors.
  • Illegal surveillance equipment, malware, stolen-access tools, hacking services, or devices primarily intended to bypass security or legal controls.
  • Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or otherwise regulated materials offered without every authorization and safeguard required by law.
  • Protected wildlife, unlawfully traded animals or animal products, or goods whose sale violates environmental or animal-welfare law.
  • Any product, service, property, or transaction prohibited where it is offered or where the parties intend to transact.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive pricing, bait-and-switch listings, fake scarcity, or requests for suspicious advance payment.
  • Spam, duplicate listings, keyword manipulation, malicious links, scraping that burdens the service, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass quotas and security controls.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination prohibited by law, sexual solicitation, doxxing, or sharing another person’s private information without authority.
  • Impersonation, false claims of verification or affiliation, manipulated ownership documents, or misuse of another person’s photos or identity.
  • Moving conversations off-platform to evade safety controls, investigation, or enforcement.
  • Interfering with the service, probing for vulnerabilities without written authorization, introducing malicious code, or accessing data you are not authorized to access.

3. Vehicles and property

A vehicle seller must have the right to advertise it and disclose known financing or leasing restrictions, liens, debts, legal blocks, accident history, ownership limitations, and transfer issues. A property advertiser must have the authority to offer the property and must not use unlawful discriminatory criteria or conceal material restrictions and recurring costs. Brique does not verify title, ownership, condition, permits, or documents.

4. Enforcement and reporting

We may remove listings, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, and cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate. If a listing appears illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, or rights-infringing, do not transact and report it to support@brique.club with the listing URL and supporting details. For an immediate threat or suspected crime, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.
